Terms of service

These are starter terms for Rolling Gifts Inc. They are not a substitute for legal review. Before going live to paying customers, have these reviewed by counsel — especially the payment terms, refund policy, and dispute resolution language.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline any order at our discretion, in which case we will refund any payment taken.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Invoice (NET30) orders must be paid within 30 days of shipping; overdue invoices may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
Personalization
Embroidered gifts are custom-produced. Once an order enters production, we cannot cancel or change personalization details. Please double-check names and thread colors before submitting.
Shipping and delivery
We ship across Canada. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. If you specify a "do not deliver before" date, we will hold the shipment until that date; we cannot guarantee arrival on any specific day.
Returns and refunds
Because every gift is prepared and often embroidered to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If a gift arrives damaged or differs materially from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at hello@rollinggifts.com and we will make it right.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
